Once you finish customizing your card, you're taken straight to Stripe's secure payment page. We get notified with your order details as soon as you submit it.
Yes. Making it easy for a satisfied customer to leave a review is completely legal and allowed by Google. What is not allowed (and what we don't recommend either) is offering money, discounts or gifts in exchange for a positive review, or filtering out negative feedback. The card simply removes the friction of finding your business: every customer writes freely whatever they think.
No. NFC works just by tapping the phone, no installation needed, on both Android and iPhone (since iOS 11). The QR code can be scanned with the phone's own camera. Your customer only needs their browser.
Yes. You can place a separate order for each location with that location's specific Google review link, or use one of the 3 or 5-card packs if you want to spread them across different spots in the same business.
Yes, you need an active Google Business Profile for your business before ordering the card, since the link points directly to that profile's review window. If you haven't set one up yet, contact us and we'll help you sort it out.
It depends on your customer volume and where you place the card (counter, table, reception...). By removing the friction of manually searching for the business, businesses that display it prominently usually notice a clear increase in the pace of new reviews, though we can't guarantee an exact number since it depends on each customer.
